All orders shipping freight by truck ship free with a $1000 minimum.
All orders ship the next day, unless placed before 11:00am, CST.
In the event that an item should need to be drop shipped from the manufacturer, additional handling time may be required.
Returns
Our primary concern is for your satisfaction. Although we have never had a return, we do realize that the possibility exists. For these rare cases, we would like to ask the following;
Returns will be for store credit only.
Returns MUST be pre-approved. All returns received without pre-approval, will be subject to rejection
Returns for manufacturer defects MUST follow the manufacturer protocal before returning the product to us.
Returns will be considered on items that do not fit the description when our description is different in fundamental properties to the manufacturer description.
Customer satisfaction is our primary goal, but all returns will be subject to a restocking fee of at least 15%, and as much as 30%.
Shipping and freight charges are NOT refundable, and return shipping and freight charges are your responsibility.
