Features

• Inner and outer sensors allow the machine to automatically

enter all the wheel dimension.

• Automatic position search: after completing the spin,

the machine automatically positions the wheel on the

application points for the inner and outer balancing

weights.

• Work environments: the series 85 balancers support

three separate work environments; this means that three

operators can use the machine at the same time without

reconfiguring the wheel data.

• Variable balancing speed (Corghi patent): to reduce cycle

times by up to 60%, the balancer detects the wheel weight

and selects the optimal speed accordingly, in the range

from 100 to 70 rpm.

• RunOut: Radial (RR) wheel RunOut measurement

program to optimize the rim/ wheel assemble.

• VEI: Visual Eccentricity Inspection

• Alu-P: programs which allow for quick and precise

balancing of wheels with alloy rims by measuring their

exact profile.

• Shift Plane: the program changes the balancing position

as a function of the weights available on the market

(multiples of 5 g.)

the balancing weights behind the wheel spokes
