Arm Restraint Kit (Set of 4) for Complete Lift
For Many Challenger Lift Models including: 27000 Plus, 31000 Spirit, 36000, 37000, 39000, B2900, others
Special Note: This kit is for 1 complete lift.
Installation Procedure:
Fasten insert BH-7226-58B to carriage crossbeam using bolt F-SC-0500-13-1500. Tighten until snug then back off 1/8 turn of a turn. Insure insert is free to swivel.
Insert spring BH-7226-59 into sleeve BH-7226-58 and push assembly over insert BH-7226-58B. While holding assembly together insert link BH-7226-58A or BH-7226-71 through complete assembly.
Rotate entire assembly until the link eye and tapped hole in the bottom pin plate are aligned. Fasten link BH-7226-58A to the pin plate using bolt F-SC-0500-13-1500. Tighten until snug then back off 1/8 of a turn.
Adjust bolt F-HC-0500-13-0750 for proper disengagement when lift is lowered completely.
