Special Notice

Due to the impact of the COVID-19/Corona virus, we will not be able to maintain our normal high-levels of service for the foreseeable future. Effective March 17, 2020, we will not be able to guarantee same day shipping for retailer or consumer orders. Additionally, our Customer Service and Product Support teams are anticipating increased hold times and delayed call backs. Our hope is to minimize the impact to our partners. We will continue to update you as the situation evolves. We appreciate your understanding and support during these uncertain times. We are no longer offering International Shipping at this time. 

Shipping Information
  • Orders received before 2:00pm CST will be considered as received same day, and it may be shipped the same day.
  • Orders are shipped out via USPS or UPS. Choosing the shipping option, USA Weight will be considered at our staff's discretion, and may be shipped either way. If you do not have a USPS deliverable address, choose UPS. If you do not have a UPS deliverable address, choose USA Weight.
  • Orders placed with expedited shipping are guaranteed by UPS for over night delivery, as per UPS terms, and may not be available for all areas. Please check with UPS for your area's UPS options prior to placing your order. Delivery dates are subject to at what time we can deliver the package to UPS, and may be delayed due to a large number of factors. Please always call prior to placing your order to be sure that same day shipping is possible.
  • Customers are encouraged to check the USPS website for current estimated delivery times before placing an expedited order.
  • Please feel free to contact us after your expedited order has been placed, this will ensure it is brought to our highest attention.
  • Dropped Shipped items require additional shipping and handling time to be received from manufacturer, and may have a lead time that is dependent on the time the order was placed, and up to a 48 hour handling lead time, or more, for many items.

Parts Classifications and Lead Times

Class A: In stock parts ( usually in stock , still not guaranteed in stock ) 

• Estimated to Ship in 24 – 48 business hours

• VSG maintains stock of Class A parts, but heavy demand may create

temporary shortages of stock.

Class B: May require special assembly

• Estimated to Ship in 5 – 7 business days

Class C: Vendor direct, non-stocked items

Estimated to Ship in 10 – 15 business days

Class D: Custom, non – stocked items

• Estimated to Ship in 15 – 20 business days

Class E: Custom, non – stocked items

• Estimated to Ship in 20 – 30 business days

Class G: Could be custom or vendor direct

• Estimated to Beyond 30 days

Class Q: Part will have to be quoted

• Estimated to Ship time will have to be determined

Class Z: Parts department has not classified item

• Typically, longer than 30 day

Our primary concern is for your satisfaction. Although we rarely have returns, we do realize that the possibility exists. For these rare cases, we would like to ask the following;

  • Returns will be for store credit only.
  • Returns MUST be pre-approved. All returns received without pre-approval, will be subject to rejection
  • Returns for manufacturer defects MUST follow the manufacturer protocol before returning the product to us.
  • Returns will be considered on items that do not fit the description when our description is different in fundamental properties to the manufacturer description.
  • Customer satisfaction is our primary goal, but all returns will be subject to a restocking fee of at least 15%, and as much as 30%.
  • Shipping and freight charges are NOT refundable, and return shipping, insurance and freight charges are your responsibility.
  • Returns must be shipped to our physical location, located at Equipment City, 1855 N. State Hwy CC, Nixa, MO 65714.
