Install 2-post Rotary Lift in clean bay with minimum 14' overhead clearance. Does not included 220vac@25amp electrical connection(must be provided by licensed electrician). Does not include 4.5 gallons of Mercon/Dexron III transmission fluid(must be onsite at start of installation). Concrete must meet or exceed specifications set by lift manufacturer, in this case, 4.5" of concrete, free of seams, cracks, cuts, or embedded materials, in an area of 4'x4' centered on the point that the columns will be placed.
