Replaces RP6-2988 Brake valve Assembly - this is the one with the larger diameter puck.
If the brake is slipping, consider the following;
There are three valves that the two pedals touch. The one valve that has the larger contact pad is the brake. The air pressure makes the large flat brake cylinder under the rotating arms expand.
As with all air operated devices, we recommend periodically checking to make sure your lubricator/oiler is functioning and full of oil. By doing this, it will help prevent premature part failure.
