Tire Changer Motor Check Valve Membrane for VSC

This part is inside the little box under the bottom side of the motor case where the air hoses are connected to the motor.
These are check valves that prevent a build up of back pressure.
If your motor turns one way, but only "jerks" the other way, this could be your problem, and is very simple to replace.
The check valves should be installed with the cone down and cup up. The air coming in pressurizes the cone side, and flows past. If the pressure tries to come back, the cup side stops the air flow.

As with all air operated devices, we recommend periodically checking to make sure your lubricator/oiler is functioning and full of oil. By doing this, it will help prevent premature part failure.
